Tank was rescued by SPCA Agents after he was found abandoned on the second floor balcony of a vacant home with no food, water, or proper shelter to withstand the extreme summer heat. The poor pup had skin lesions and burn marks that required immediate treatment.

He had obviously been on his own for quite some time, but underneath his pain and loneliness was a playful, happy dog. With special care, his true personality emerged and he was able to find a loving home for the holidays!
