The SPCA has reached the maximum number of animals for which the organization can provide its highest standard of care. Until further notice, animal admissions at the SPCA are closed. Monday – Saturday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
(final adoption guest passes issued at 5 p.m.)

Wildlife Department:
Monday – Sunday, including holidays: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
If you find a wild animal in an emergency situation, please call before touching the animal or bringing the animal to the SPCA! To reach the Wildlife Department, call (716) 875-7360, ext. 247.


Animal Cruelty Report Hotline:

After 4 p.m. and all day Sundays and holidays, please contact your local animal emergency clinic, animal control officer, or police department with reports of animal cruelty.

The SPCA is not an emergency veterinary clinic. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE MESSAGES REGARDING EMERGENCIES OR ANIMAL INTAKE. If you are in an emergency situation with your pet, contact your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic ASAP.
