The SPCA’s Wildlife Department provides medical treatment and care to more than 3000 wild animals of over 130 different local species annually…and now you can be part of our team!

These sessions will cover volunteer needs in communication/reception, songbird care, husbandry care, medical care, foster care, and exotic animal care. Volunteer commitment level will be discussed, and volunteers will learn more about how the department operates within the SPCA’s busy shelter environment. A tour of our beautiful, new Wildlife Rehabilitation Center will also be provided!
