Book your child’s birthday party at the SPCA’s West Seneca location!
WHO’S IT FOR?
Children ages 6 – 12
WHAT’S THE COST?
Party Package 1:
$275 for the birthday child, 9 guests, 3 adults*
1.5 hours
60 minutes of fun activities, 30 minutes for dessert & gifts
*Additional children: $10 each | Additional adults: $5 each.
Maximum party size: 18 people including birthday child.
Party Package 2:
$350 for the birthday child, 9 guests, 3 adults*
2 hours
90 minutes of fun activities, 30 minutes for dessert & gifts
*Additional children: $10 each | Additional adults: $5 each.
Maximum party size: 18 people including birthday child.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising attendees at all times.

10 a.m. – 12 p.m. | 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. | 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

WHAT’S AN SPCA PARTY LIKE?
Every party kicks off with a warm welcome from one of our Humane Educators! Guests will explore the SPCA, meet an amazing animal ambassador, and tour our adoptable animal areas and educational farm. Then, it’s off to our education room for a fun, age-appropriate humane education activity – pre-selected by the birthday guest! The birthday star will have a photo op with an ambassador animal, and also receive a special gift and a photo of an SPCA animal for all of the party guests to sign!
And the best part?
They’ll get to name one of our homeless pets and receive an online update on their journey to adoption!
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
We provide the party room at the SPCA’s West Seneca site, basic decorations (including generic tablecloths), compostable paper products (plates, napkins, and cups), and utensils. A Humane Educator will be assigned to your party to ensure a fantastic experience for everyone! Digital SPCA birthday invitations and thank you cards can be emailed upon request. Please see below for a price list of optional party favors.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING ALONG?
Families should bring their own cake/desserts and are welcome to bring other food, beverages, and if desired, additional decorations* to personalize the party room!
*SPCA reps would be happy to set up your additional decorations! Just drop them off one week in advance to the attention of the Humane Education Department! Remember to include your name, contact information, and the date and time of your party!
OPTIONAL PARTY FAVORS
– Goody Bags ($5 per guest): Available for both party packages! Inspired by your child’s favorite animal!
– Best Friend Stuffed Animal Adoption ($10 per guest for small dogs or cats, $15 per guest for large dogs or cats): Available for Party Package #2 only. Includes a stuffed animal, collar-making activity, and adoption certificate!
– I Heart Reptiles Package: ($8 per guest): Available for Party Package #2 only. Create a cool craft inspired by a reptile ambassador!
– Crafting for Animals: ($5 per guest): Available for Party Package #2 only. We’ll supply the supplies for making crafts for our adoptable animals!
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
– Cancellations 4+ weeks prior to scheduled party:
Refund minus a $75 administrative fee.
– Cancellations 2-4 weeks prior to scheduled party:
50% refund.
– Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled party:
No refund; full party fee forfeited.
