As 2025 draws to a close, we hope you will help us ensure we’re ready when an animal arrives at our doorsteps. On average, it costs between $600 and $1,200 to prepare each pet in our shelter for adoption, which includes exams and testing, vaccinations and treatments, food and boarding, and behavior support. Other pets need specialized surgeries and intensive care — often costing more than $2,000. Will you help us reach our goal of $100,000 to save more adoptable pets?
