Monday – Saturday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
(final adoption guest passes issued at 5 p.m.)

Wildlife Department:
Monday – Sunday, including holidays: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
If you find a wild animal in an emergency situation, please call before touching the animal or bringing the animal to the SPCA! To reach the Wildlife Department, call (716) 875-7360, ext. 247.

Animal Cruelty Report Hotline:
Monday – Saturday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

After 4 p.m. and all day Sundays and holidays, please contact your local animal emergency clinic, animal control officer, or police department with reports of animal cruelty.

Educational Farm:
Monday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

*Please note: The SPCA Serving Erie County receives hundreds of calls per day. Due to this high volume of calls along with the compassionate, quality, in-person customer service we provide, you will be asked to leave a message in our operator voicemail box. A return phone call may take up to 72 business hours.

The SPCA is not an emergency veterinary clinic. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE MESSAGES REGARDING EMERGENCIES OR ANIMAL INTAKE. If you are in an emergency situation with your pet, contact your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic ASAP.
