The SPCA’s Teaching Love and Compassion program (TLC) is an innovative education program that encourages students in grades six, seven, and eight to identify, exhibit, and practice attitudes of compassion, care, respect, responsibility, and empathy towards all life and the environment.
TLC is a program that only partners with select schools at this time.
